All apartments come with the ability to choose 4 locations: Eclipse Towers, Tinsel Towers, Integrity Way, and Richard Majestic. You will also get the ability to choose between 2 different floor plans! All luxury apartments come with the option to choose a 1-Story or 2-Story Floor Plan.

Imagine being able to import your own house?! Well, you can!
We can import any MLO House that you wish. However, it does fall under some requirements. Be prepared that we may deny one of your option if they break any of these requirements.

• We do not use any material that is stolen or leaked. (Please check your sources)


• The map needs to be stable and functional.


• It needs to be a MLO.


• If the map is poorly optimized, we can deny using it. (This is to counteract lag & crashes)

Price
Depending on the size of the House/Plot it can range from 250$ - 800$
However, if the House/Plot is so big that it requires a higher price, you'll be informed.

If you want to update or do any changes to your map, like updating a poster to feature your own character or changing the business logo.

Please note that this is not possible with all maps, only some maps allow this due to some maps having their files locked. If the files are locked, we can sadly not do any changes to your map. Please make a ticket and ask before we proceed with the purchase!

You as the customer need to provide us with:

Location of the map
Map name/creator (if you know)
What do you want to be changed
Updated textures (we will send you the files)
